Tickets Are Required for Every Guest
All adults and children aged 1 and up must have a valid ticket to enter the event. Infants under 12 months are free with paid child ticket.

Event Time & Entry
The event is approximately 1 hour long. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience and will not be issued refunds. If you choose to leave early and miss scheduled activities, no refunds or partial credits will be given.

Activities & Appearances
The event includes meet-and-greet opportunities, themed character interactions, and engaging holiday fun. Wait times for meet-and-greets will vary depending on the flow of guests, and guests may need to wait in line. Characters and schedule are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Conduct
For everyone's enjoyment, we ask that children be supervised at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Costumes Welcome!
Children are welcome to come dressed in their holiday best, but it is not required. For safety reasons, adult guests may not wear full character costumes or masks.

No Food or Beverage Provided
This event does not include any food or beverage service. Please plan accordingly before arriving.

Weather Policy (if applicable)
This is an indoor event. In the rare case of severe weather or emergency closures, we will communicate changes via email and social media.

Event Modifications
Dream Time Events reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in cases of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will offer alternate arrangements when possible.

The safety of our guests, performers, and staff is our top priority. In the event of severe winter weather that creates unsafe travel conditions, Dream Time Princess Events may delay the start of the event or reschedule the event to our designated make-up date of Sunday, November 29.

If a delay or reschedule becomes necessary, all registered guests will be notified by email with updated event information. Please be sure to provide a valid email address during registration and monitor your inbox on the day of the event.

Because the event will still take place, tickets are non-refundable due to weather-related delays or rescheduling. All tickets will automatically transfer to the delayed event time or to the designated make-up date of Sunday, November 29.
