Tickets Are Required for Every Guest
All adults and children aged 1 and up must have a valid ticket to enter the event. Infants under 12 months are free.

Event Time & Entry
The event is approximately 1.5 hours long. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience and will not be issued refunds. If you choose to leave early and miss scheduled activities, no refunds or partial credits will be given.

Activities & Appearances
The event includes meet-and-greet opportunities, interactive fun, and special character moments. Wait times for meet-and-greets will vary depending on the flow of guests, and guests may need to wait in line. Characters and schedule are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Conduct
For everyone's enjoyment, we ask that children be supervised at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Costumes Welcome!
Children are welcome to come dressed up, but it is not required. For safety reasons, adult guests may not wear full character costumes or masks.

Weather Policy (if applicable)
This is an indoor event. In the rare case of severe weather or emergency closures, we will communicate changes via email and social media.

Event Modifications
Dream Time Events reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in cases of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will offer alternate arrangements when possible.
